CONCRETE SCRUB & SEAL

A more cost-effective method for sealing floors is a Scrub & Seal. This process involves mechanically scrubbing the floor with an auto-scrubber and then applying an acrylic sealer.

This system is usually designed for new concrete slabs or existing slabs that are in fairly good shape.

There are some drawbacks to this process because unlike a ground floor which removes most of the floor contaminants the Scrub & Seal process will not remove any paint, sharpie marks, adhesives, glues, skim coats, etc.
